Montgomery Street, Boston, MA

Full gut renovation of a 750 sqft brownstone top floor unit, consisting of 1 bedroom & bath in Boston's South End. This unit was demolished down to the exterior brick walls and then rebuilt using an entirely different floor plan than what was originally present. A private 18' x16' roof deck was also built with an interior staircase for access, roof deck overlooked the Prudential Building and Hancock Tower. Other amenities include a stackable laundry closet within the bathroom, white marble bathroom floors and tumbled limestone shower floors and walls, granite vanity top. 3 1/4 white oak throughout, large horseshoe-shaped eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, central air and refurbished front windows.


Commercial Street, Boston, MA

Partial gut renovation of a 1235 sqft split level condo in Boston's historic North End. Added an additional full bathroom downstairs, a laundry room, and a large eat-in kitchen with granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms as well as new aluminum windows and primed pine trim. Bathroom and shower flooring is tumbled limestone as are the shower walls. 3 1/4" stained white oak throughout. Condominium is a full two bedrooms with a walk-in closet in the master. Exposed brick and beam add to the New England charm as do they 2 large 10' x 8' windows and 25' ceiling in the family room.

Old Towne Road, Cheshire, CT

Full renovation of the Squire Samuel Beach House, a 7,000+sqft gambrel-roofed colonial built in the late 1700's, located in the center of Cheshire. This included a full gut renovation of the interior along with replacement of all windows and much of the exterior cedar clapboard. The building was converted from a restaurant to a mixed-use structure that now is home to Cheshire Coffee, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, and two residential condominium units.
